Let's start with my 6yo. 😂 He thought it was alright. Like just ok. When I asked him why it was just alright...he said...
"Cuz I wanted to watch BACK TO THE FUTURE II"

Yep. Sandy Cheeks got the "alright" review.
My 9yo thought it was great! He said he really liked it.
As for me...it was cool. I mean, if I compared it to the other Spongebob movies - I enjoyed those more.
The Sandy Cheeks had it's moments - just not enough laughs for me. Would I watch it again? Probably not. Do I watch the other movies from time to time - I do.
