WHAT’S RV ABOUT?
The Munros – a dysfunctional family. Actually – pretty normal family to me.
Bob a.k.a Dad (Robin Williams) has promised his family an awesome vacation in Hawaii – but his boss (Will Arnett) has other plans. He needs Bob in Colorado to pitch a potential buy out…his boss wants this bad – if he doesn’t do it – he’s fired. Bob then has to cancel the Hawaii trip and decides to rent an RV. He doesn’t tell the wife and kids the truth – only that he REALLY wants to spend family time on the road…in an RV. What could possibly happen? 😂
DID WE LIKE RV?
I had already seen this a long time ago and watching this with the boys - I still felt the same. I enjoyed it. It's a funny, fun movie. Robin Williams is great and so is Will Arnett (he's a great douche) but the cast doesn't stop there. A very young Josh Hutcherson's in this...musical artist JoJo is in this too...and Bob's wife is the lovely and funny Cheryl Hines. But the laughs don't stop there - Jeff Daniels and Kristin Chenoweth are great in this too. It just has an awesome cast.
The movie has a ton of laughs. It's a great family flick.
My boys really liked it too - I think my 6yo laughed more than my 9yo...but they both stayed on the couch and watched the whole thing.
