Over the weekend, while the wifey was out of town - the boys and I decided to watch a movie after dinner. We all went with...
WHAT'S THE MOVIE ABOUT?
Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it's no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her Emotions: Joy (Amy Poehler); Fear (Bill Hader); Anger (Lewis Black); Disgust (Mindy Kaling); and Sadness (Phyllis Smith). The Emotions live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley’s mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her Emotions struggle to adjust to a new life, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley's main and most important Emotion, tries to keep things positive, the Emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house and school. Some flashing lights sequences or patterns may affect photosensitive viewers. - Disney Plus
WHAT DID WE THINK OF INSIDE OUT?
We really liked it a lot!! I think I laughed more though. 😂 But they both really liked it.
Maddox and I definitely got teary-eyed in one part - it will pull on your emotions so have a little tissue by your side. 😎 We all really liked the characters - they're all funny in their on ways.
The story is great and the animation is awesome. Totally worth the watch for the entire family.
We officially ready for INSIDE OUT 2.
I did ask the boys if they had to rate it from 1-10 and they said...
Jaxon (6yo) - 8
Maddox (9yo) - 9
...and hell...me with 9 too.
Did you like it?
